AIPrompterAccount and data deletion
How to request deletion of an AIPrompter account and associated data or make a privacy request.
Current availability
This information website does not create accounts. The mobile app has not opened for public use, so there is no public account registration here. If you have a development/test account or have sent a support message, you can use the channel below.
Request without accessing the app
Email destek@aiprompter.site from the address associated with your account, using “AIPrompter account deletion request” as the subject. Include only your username and request. If you cannot access that email, explain the situation; do not send your password or verification codes.
Verification and scope
We verify ownership of the account or message using necessary and proportionate measures before deletion. Requests to delete another person’s account are not processed. The account deletion flow is being prepared to cover accounts, profiles, prompts, comments, favourites, follows and related records; production deletion and backup schedules must be verified before app release.
Copies, records and response periods
If any records must be retained by law, the scope and reason will be explained in the response. Other people’s copies, search caches and provider technical logs are not automatically deleted by this request. You may also request deletion of support correspondence. Turkish KVKK requests are normally resolved within 30 days; applicable rights and deadlines under other laws remain available.
