AIPROMPTER

AIPrompter Terms of Use and Community Rules

Version: 2026-10-11.1-web · Effective: 2026-10-11

Operator and service

The service is operated by an individual under the BKTR Apps brand. BKTR Apps is a brand name, not a company name. This temporary version does not publish the operator’s actual identity; legal identification remains incomplete. Email: destek@aiprompter.site. Request address: Use the email registered to your account or in-app support to contact destek@aiprompter.site. Formal KVKK procedure/particulars are assessed separately. No physical request address is represented in this version; the applicable genuine address/request arrangement remains a launch prerequisite. AIPrompter is a free community for sharing, discovering, saving and reviewing prompts and following users. This version has no prompt sales, subscriptions, commissions, payments or payment-card collection. References to a “market” describe a content catalog, not a purchase. Paid features would require separate terms and necessary controls before activation.

Public content can be browsed without an account. Publishing and other account actions require an authenticated account and acceptance of the current terms. The privacy notice explains processing; accepting these terms is not blanket consent to all data use. Registration eligibility and age policy: The service is a general-audience prompt-sharing community and does not specifically target children. We do not collect age, date of birth or identity documents at registration and do not impose an 18+ rule. Where local law requires a parent/legal representative’s permission for the service contract or a particular processing activity, that permission must be obtained. A reported child account lacking required permission is restricted while proportionate representative verification and assessment take place. Child-data or safety concerns can be reported to destek@aiprompter.site. A completed verifiable parental-consent system is not claimed. The policy must actually be enforced in the registration flow before publication.

Account security

Do not impersonate a person, organization or the operator through your username or profile. Use an email you own and can access. Do not use another person's account or share sessions. Choose a strong password not reused elsewhere, or use available Google sign-in. Never send passwords or session information, including in support messages. Report suspected unauthorized access. The operator will never request your password in a message.

Content rights and permissions

Upload only content you have the right to share. Respect applicable licenses and attribute third-party material where required. Finding a prompt online does not by itself give permission to republish it. “anonymous” is an editorial profile that cannot sign in. Alongside original starter examples, the catalogue includes English prompts imported from the prompts.chat community library under CC0-1.0 and AI-assisted Turkish translations/adaptations. Source links, licence and translation information are shown on relevant prompts. The editorial label does not identify or claim to be the original author.

Your existing rights in your content remain yours. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission limited to providing the service: storing, transmitting, displaying and making technical format changes to your content. It does not authorize content sales or general-purpose model training. Deleting content or your account ends new public delivery, subject to the disclosed technical backup cleanup schedule.

Public prompts may be copied and adapted for your own use, subject to third-party rights. Unless an explicit separate license allows it, this does not permit bulk republication, claiming others' work as your own, or selling a collection on another service. You must hold necessary rights to material you publish. Short text or AI assistance does not automatically eliminate every rights issue.

Prohibited conduct

Do not publish child exploitation, sexual exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, fraud, phishing, malware, disclosure of another person's confidential information or material facilitating unlawful acts. Do not publish sensitive personal information as a prompt example. Do not upload API keys, passwords, tokens or personal documents. Spam, fake ratings/reviews/followers, abusive automation, bypassing access controls, unauthorized data collection and changes to others' content are prohibited. Report security issues responsibly without accessing others' data or disrupting the service.

Reports, moderation and appeals

Use available reporting controls or destek@aiprompter.site. A profile/prompt link or identifier, an explanation and necessary evidence of rights ownership help assessment. Do not send unnecessary personal documents. For immediate danger contact appropriate emergency services; the app is not an emergency response channel.

The operator may investigate, request information, remove or limit content or restrict an account depending on the violation. Where disclosure is not restricted by law or security needs, the reason and appeal channel will be provided. You may appeal to the same contact address, identifying the decision; it will be reassessed and a result communicated. New and edited prompts enter a review queue. New authors require approval before publication. Authors with accounts at least seven days old, three distinct manually approved prompts and no rejected or removed prompt in the last thirty days may publish content that passes the word filter while human review remains pending. Profanity or insult filter matches always require human review before publication, regardless of author history. Edits to the title, description or content undergo the same checks again. Ordinary users’ ratings/reviews require prior approval. Content from the operator with a server-assigned administrator role may publish directly; this does not waive the content rules or infringement-report process. Reports prioritize review; report counts alone do not constitute a removal decision. Automated word checks cannot fully understand context; false matches may be appealed and passing the filter does not guarantee lawful content. Restoring a removed prompt returns it to review and requires another approval before publication. Review does not guarantee accuracy or legality, and intervention on every report is not promised to be immediate. Account restrictions and deletion actions receive a reasoned administrative event record. The moderation workflow and contact channel must be operational before launch.

Rights complaints and counter-notices

A copyright or personal-rights complaint should identify the content/link, the right concerned, reasons and a reply channel. Only ownership/representation information needed to evaluate the claim is requested. Do not send false or malicious reports. Visibility may be restricted first where security or legal requirements justify it; where circumstances permit, the author is given reasons and an appeal route. An appeal may include the original work, licence or other relevant permission. A complaint is not a court decision; mandatory official orders are assessed under applicable law.

Choices, account access and service closure

Public content, export and deletion options are provided within the limits in the data notice. Do not evade a restriction by creating unauthorised new accounts; appeal and privacy-request channels remain available. An ownership-verified deletion request is handled without retaining an entire account indefinitely for a merely hypothetical need. If permanent service closure is planned, available notice and data-request routes are communicated to the extent legal/security constraints permit. A previously accepted text does not automatically authorise every new purpose or material condition.

Prompt outputs and external services

The app shares prompt text. It does not guarantee that any prompt works with a model, produces correct information or gives repeatable results. Model, version, context and inputs affect results. Verify outputs before using them. Content does not replace personalized legal, medical or investment advice. External links and AI services have separate providers and terms; copying a prompt does not automatically send it to those services.

Deletion, changes and liability

Account deletion can be initiated from the account data screen and requires reauthentication for security. It does not automatically remove copies downloaded by others or external search caches. Export your data first if needed. If you cannot access your account, send an alternative request to the contact address.

Maintenance, provider outages and security needs may interrupt service. Material feature changes and new terms versions are published. Free access does not imply flawless or uninterrupted availability, but these terms do not remove rights granted by mandatory law. There is no blanket exclusion for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. A later terms update cannot erase an existing obligation.

Applicable Turkish law and mandatory protections in your location are considered in disputes. Where a relationship qualifies for consumer protection, available statutory complaint routes remain. These terms do not impose mandatory foreign arbitration or an exclusive court on all users. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues where appropriate. Contact the operator using the details above for questions.

Current notice and version history

The current notice is available at https://aiprompter.site/en/terms/ The app links to this page and records the accepted terms version on the server. Previous versions remain available in the dated archive. Material changes are brought to users’ attention in the app and require renewed acceptance where appropriate. The privacy notice does not constitute marketing or international-transfer consent.

Account states

Only one account may use a normalized email address. An ordinarily deleted account that is not banned may register again. A restricted account may sign in and use other features, but cannot submit or edit prompts, comments or ratings. A banned account cannot sign in or access private account functions; existing sessions cannot perform new account operations, and re-registration with the same email does not bypass the ban. Appeals may be sent to destek@aiprompter.site. Any limited identifier retained to prevent ban evasion is described in the Privacy Notice. Public content remains separately available through guest access that does not require an account.

Decision notices and review scope

When content is removed or an account restricted, we communicate the reason and appeal route to the extent legally permitted. Support replies and content decisions appear in the in-app inbox; service email and permitted device notifications are additional channels. Refusing notifications does not prevent service use. Email/push delivery depends on provider, device and connectivity conditions; you can appeal independently through destek@aiprompter.site. Appeals are reconsidered by the individual operator; we do not represent that an independent review board exists. Internal review does not limit statutory complaints or remedies.
